Ernesto Santiago Hernández, originally from Santiago Matatlán, has dedicated his entire life to the production of mezcal, being the third generation of mezcal masters, inheriting from his ancestors the experience and wisdom to produce a quality product and today, together with his wife, they have managed to build his own factory and create his brand of mezcal, hoping that the new generations will continue to inherit this beautiful trade.
